Rules of Engagement

To Receive Respect, You Must Show Respect
To post an opinion: Please 1st state the subject/issue as a single word, or a very short phrase on the beginning line, followed underneath by your opinions about the stated subject....and that subject only. In the "takes one to know one" truism, those commenters veering off the road into impenetrable jungle, will be instantly caught by a Professional Rambler like myself.
Rambling is of course allowed, but it must be issue-specific.
Prior to posting a differing opinion to another person's opinion, first demonstrate your respect...to receive it in return..by stating what you DO agree with, and what expressed points and concerns ARE valid
Having a differing opinion is not disrespectful, but how you express a differing opinion can be.
I respectfully ask of anyone commenting, to use a simple opening statement of:   I have a differing opinion.
A: Here is my differing opinion,
B: Here is why I have that differing opinion.
It is unnecessary to waste your own time, and readers' time to point out what is wrong about someone else's expressed opinion. If you have a "differing opinion", it is understood what the word "differing" means. Use positiveness to show how you feel your differing opinion is better....and not by using negativity to demean someone else you don't agree with.
Say what you mean, and mean what you say....but DON'T say it mean.
